Life is a lesson, and social media a lesson in life. We all make mistakes, some big and some small. You wouldn’t be where you are now without having made or witnessed a few. And you learn, apologise, regret, try to make up for it, and move on.
Same with social media, it reflects life. It doesn’t come with instructions, just others’ experiences. It can be black and white but sometimes there’s no right and wrong. If you can accept that, you’re half way there; then, go do.
Review and understand the social media challenges you face – be it time, inspiration, resource, demand, or opportunity to add insight or direction to lead you to the path right for you. You often need a leap of faith to take that first step.
And if, once you have, grey clouds start to gather, don’t wait for the storm to pass – learn how to dance in the rain. Just make sure you don’t get your phone wet or you could be in for a shock.
Not as big a shock though if you saw my dancing…
